Hosting and server data

This website is provided through ChatGPT Sites by OpenAI. When you access it, technically necessary connection data, including IP address, time, requested page, browser, and device information, may be processed to deliver and secure the service. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. OpenAI and infrastructure providers such as Cloudflare may be involved. Where data is processed outside the EEA, the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law are used.

Age gate and local storage

Your age-gate confirmation is stored only in Session Storage for the current browser session. It supports access control and is removed when the session ends. We currently use no advertising or analytics cookies.

Bids and public placements

When you create a placement, we process the brand name, destination URL, bid amount, rank, timestamp, and click count. The brand name, destination URL, rank, bid amount, and click count are intentionally displayed publicly. To prevent abuse, checkout attempts may temporarily create a time-limited, non-readable hash from technical request data. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe directly processes payment, transaction, and technical data. We do not store complete card details. We receive and store a transaction identifier, amount, and payment status so the placement can be assigned. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. See the Stripe Privacy Policy .

External links

When you follow a brand placement or the link to RAXXO.SHOP, you leave this website. The destination provider processes data under its own responsibility. Clicks on brand placements are recorded as an aggregate count.

Retention and your rights

Contract and payment data is retained in line with statutory retention duties. Technical data that is no longer required is deleted or anonymised. Subject to the applicable conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection, as well as the right to complain to a data-protection supervisory authority. Business Terms for Brand Placements

1. Provider and scope

The provider is RAXXO Studios, Norman Meyer. Paid placements are offered exclusively to entrepreneurs and businesses within the meaning of section 14 BGB. By selecting the confirmation box before checkout, the buyer confirms that they are acting in the course of a trade, business, or independent profession and are authorised to promote the submitted brand.

2. Service

The buyer purchases a digital advertising placement in an ongoing ranking. Position is determined by the cumulative confirmed bid amount. Higher bids from other buyers may change the rank and visual placement at any time. No particular rank, minimum display period, reach, number of clicks, or commercial outcome is guaranteed.

3. Contract formation and price

The website presentation is an invitation to submit an offer. Before Stripe checkout, the target total and currently payable difference are shown. The contract is formed after successful payment and payment confirmation. Prices are shown in USD. RAXXO Studios applies the German small-business rule under section 19 UStG, so VAT is not shown separately. The buyer bears any currency-conversion or card fees charged by their payment provider.

4. Delivery and ranking

The placement is activated automatically after confirmed payment. Equal totals retain the earlier confirmed position. An existing placement can be increased using the same canonical destination URL; only the difference to the new target total is charged. Necessary maintenance, visual changes, and reasonable development of the ranking model remain permitted as long as the commercial core of the placement is preserved.

5. Content and moderation

The Placement Policy below applies. Prohibited content may be rejected, disabled, or removed without notice. Where the buyer is responsible for the violation, there is no entitlement to a refund. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

6. Availability and liability

Continuous availability is not guaranteed. We remain fully liable for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. For a slightly negligent breach of an essential contractual obligation, liability is limited to the typically foreseeable loss. Liability is otherwise excluded to the extent permitted by law.

7. Discontinuation

The service may be discontinued with reasonable notice. Advertising performance and ranking movement already delivered will not be reversed. Mandatory termination, reduction, and refund rights remain unaffected.

8. Governing law and venue

German law applies. To the extent legally permitted, Berlin is the place of jurisdiction.

Placement Policy

By submitting a placement, you confirm that you are authorised to use the brand name and destination URL. Prohibited content includes:

• illegal offers, fraud, malware, phishing, or deceptive redirects
• pornographic or sexually explicit content
• hate, harassment, glorification of violence, or targeted degradation of protected groups
• infringement of trademarks, copyright, personality rights, or other third-party rights
• URL shorteners, chat invitations, embedded credentials, or non-public destinations
